KDP Update

This is a short one, but an important note;

I’ve always believed that literature should be as accessible as possible. Unfortunately, the price to publish often surpasses the revenue. Kindle Direct Publishing has announced a 10% decrease in royalties as of June 10 2025 for books under 13.99 cad.  10% may not seem like a lot, but to an author, it truly is. I will continue to strive to keep my work affordable, but I have to account for my own shortcomings. In order to continue to keep doing what I love, I have to protect my finances. I promise to always keep my readers in mind, no matter what. I don’t know what is coming my way as I haven’t done much research yet, if prices have to be changed just know I’m doing it because I love you. I want to be able to write and connect for a very long time and I’ll do everything in my power to provide me the resources to do so.
